Job Description

The Customer Service Liaison Specialist will play a pivotal role in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner.

You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation simultaneously. You will have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.

This role requires receiving consumer calls of any nature, booking necessary repairs on the CRM, and handling complaints and queries.

You will give detailed explanations of services or products when upselling cash jobs to repair plans, promote all promotional activity to consumers, and review customer repair plans and transactions while resolving issues.

Effective communication with customers through various channels is essential, as well as keeping them informed according to company policy and procedure. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and conducting service ratings upon job completion is also crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving consumer calls of any nature
  • Booking necessary repairs on the CRM
  • Handling complaints and queries
  • Upselling cash jobs to repair plans
  • Promoting all promotional activity to consumers
  • Reviewing customer repair plans and transactions
  • Communicating with customers through email, chat, phone, or social media
  • Keeping customers informed according to company policy and procedure
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and conducting service ratings
