At The Legends Agency, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist fluent in Italian to join our team. With a strong background in service desk operations and excellent communication skills, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role, who can handle incoming service requests and incidents from Italian-speaking users efficiently. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently will be crucial in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing service requests and resolving technical issues promptly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. You'll also be responsible for documenting all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming service requests and incidents from Italian-speaking users
  • Accurately logging and categorizing issues in the service management system
  • Prioritizing and escalating issues as necessary, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate dispatch to specialized support teams
  • Providing immediate assistance and resolution to common technical issues

A competitive salary range is R25k - R30k/month, commensurate with your experience. Our office is located in Sandton, Johannesburg, offering a great work-life balance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with users effectively and build positive relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Italian and English
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

You'll also require relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), as well as applicable Skillsoft courses or other relevant technical training.
