Business Development Consultant

TalentCru is seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to drive sales growth and expand our national footprint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a call cycle to meet outlined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-touch key account methodology to delight clients and drive sales growth.
  • Meet with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage orders and ensure demand for stock can be met.
  • Complete sales reports and provide sales forecasts.
  • Represent the brand in a professional manner and consistently meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Sales Rep in the FMCG industry.
  • Reliable car and ability to travel to and from clients.
  • Sound Key Account Management Methodology understanding.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
