Business Development Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Complement Recruitment in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Travel to various African regions to meet with clients and partners, and to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in Client Relationship Management in Southern Africa, with at least 3 years of experience in Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
