Business Development Specialist

The WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice is a leading provider of compensation, benefits, and employment practices information to the global employer community.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective clients to promote and sell a portfolio of RDI products and/or services and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new logo sales opportunities for a defined target market.
- Pursue and develop relationships with affiliate groups to secure WTW as their preferred survey partner.
- Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Provide regular updates and market feedback to the Data and Software Sales Leader on pipeline health.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with our Rewards Data Intelligence Country Leader to define target organisations for our Rewards Data Intelligence offering within the Strategic and Enterprise segment.
Our ideal candidate will have strong product sales experience, self-motivation, and an understanding of how Rewards Data Intelligence influences compensation planning.
