Customer Success Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Response Coordinator to join our Client Success team at CV-Library. This exciting role presents an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to make a significant impact in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proactively review client accounts to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive client retention and growth, ensuring seamless support throughout the customer journey.
About You:
- A minimum of Matric Grade 12 is required, with previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment being highly desirable.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase business revenue, is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening, are vital for success in this role.
The Package:
- An estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions to the company's success.
