Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Tower Group. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling all aspects of rental agreements, and ensuring the security and quality control of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, effectively assisting with customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Rental Agreement Management: Handle all aspects of rental agreements, including capturing fuel levels, mileage, and damages, and inspecting vehicles for any potential issues.
  • Security and Quality Control: Responsible for the security and quality control of vehicles and other company property, including identification and reporting of expired licenses, service due vehicle, and any other issues not conforming to our quality standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various admin and general office duties, such as scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and handing in and recording of all customers' lost property recoveries from vehicles.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-year front office/customer service experience.
  • Qualifications: NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent).
  • Driver's License: Code 8 driver's license – must have at least 1 year's driving experience.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate.
Estimated Salary

R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
