Job Title: Customer Experience AssociateWe are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable professional to assist our customers with product inquiries and issues as a Customer Experience Associate.
Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on location and experience
Key Responsibilities:- Provide solutions and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to improve processes.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes by providing feedback on recurring issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; high school diploma a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
