Level-Up is looking for an experienced Executive Sales and Partnership Manager to drive growth in the Logistics and HR Solutions sectors.

This senior-level role requires a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with C-suite executives, and driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business portfolio, fostering high-level client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet complex client needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution
  • Execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting high-value clients within the Logistics and HR Solutions sectors.
  • Nurture relationships with C-suite executives and leverage your established network to drive new business opportunities.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, focusing on long-term revenue growth and sustainability.
Business Growth Initiatives
  • Lead efforts to secure large-scale, high-value contracts and partnerships across the group.
  • Strategically grow the group's footprint by expanding client spend through customized logistics and HR solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Client Engagement & Retention
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maximize client retention.
Insights & Reporting
  • Provide detailed, actionable insights through regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates.
  • Present strategic recommendations, competitive analysis, and business trends to senior management.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to craft innovative solutions that drive value.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
  • Drive group-wide initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, sales effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: At least 7-10 years of senior sales or business development experience, ideally within the Logistics and HR Solutions sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics operations, HR services, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Network: Established relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers within relevant industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) for reporting and presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Performance-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
