About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key partners to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Identification and Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other key stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- Account Management: Manage existing partner relationships, including sales enablement, training, and technical support.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
- Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve sales performance and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in channel management, sales, or business development within the software industry, with a solid track record of driving revenue.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and account management expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of VAR, MSP, and distributor dynamics
