- Ensure a thorough understanding of customer requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement effective product and technical support strategies.
- Sales and Profit Targets:
- Manage all sales activities for assigned product groups or territories.
- Set and achieve sales targets and price levels in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales performance and propose corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Contribute to gross profit and sales development for assigned product groups or territories.
- Market mapping: Identify market trends and conditions to inform sales strategy.
- Marketing and Sales Strategy:
- Implement defined strategies and develop tactics to improve sales and profitability.
- Assist in identifying new sales methods and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective sales channels and improve product quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Maintain positive relations with external stakeholders, authorities, and organizations.
- Conference Management:
- Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, trade shows to engage with target markets.
- Customer Training:
- Design and deliver training programs for external and internal customers in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Quality Assurance/Regulatory Procedures:
- Handle complaints efficiently and effectively.
- General:
- Submit a monthly detailed report to ensure smooth communication and information exchange.
- Act as the company's representative towards various third parties.
- Take on additional responsibilities and authorities as required for new opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales function.
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
- Prior experience working with Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists/Cardiologists/ Cardiovascular products is desirable.
- Familiarity with the local market is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure.
