Job Summary
We seek a dynamic leader to enable sales and servicing across our business, driving agreed targets and exceeding forecasted expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Management: Develop and optimize sales strategies and plans, aligning with our business vision to deliver exceptional performance.
- Sales Activation and Campaigns: Brief operational teams thoroughly before new campaigns commence, addressing concerns and ensuring effective execution.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships between Retail Transactional Product, Segment, Niche Markets, Sales and Services (Branch), Digital, Private Bank, and 3rd parties, supporting Sales Commercialisation & Business Development.
- Trade Tools and Training: Provide support across sales channels with relevant training tools to drive awareness, understanding, and sales.
- Staff Education: Offer education and training to enhance employee skills, boosting sales capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies; professional qualifications desired.
