About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive and Board members, ensuring seamless execution of board-related events and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting materials, and processing purchase requisitions.
In addition, the Admin Officer will perform secretarial duties for Executive Managers and the Board of Directors, assist with drafting reports, and coordinate logistics for external and internal events.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Taking minutes and ensuring accurate records
- Distributing meeting materials and documentation
- Processing purchase requisitions and following up on progress
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Liaising with the Finance Division on S&T allowances and advances
- Organizing quotes and requisitions for consumables and assets
- Performing secretarial duties for Executive Managers and the Board
- Assisting in drafting reports and coordinating events
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Public Administration or equivalent
- Ideal B. Tech in Public Administration or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs and IFS system
