We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator Assistant to join our Support Team at HWSETA.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing the Marketing and Communication sub-division plan by gathering and providing data to relevant teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage facility operations, including maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Administer stakeholder databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on key performance indicators.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in office administration, customer service, or a call centre environment.
