About the Role

  1. We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar position.
  2. Knowledge of client service is essential.
  3. You'll be responsible for operating a switchboard and dealing with inquiries on the phone, email, and in person.
  4. Additional languages will be an advantage.
  5. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service.
  6. You'll need excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  7. Professional personal presentation is a must.
  8. You'll work closely with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Attend to visitors, deal with inquiries, and provide information regarding the school to the public, learners, parents, and clients.
  2. Answer the telephone, screen calls, and direct them accordingly.
  3. Take and relay messages accurately.
  4. Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.
  5. Generate quotations and manage bookings for the conference centre.
  6. Liaise with the food and beverage department.
  7. Deal with queries from learners and clients.
  8. Organise and coordinate the usage of venues and boardroom.
  9. Update and maintain the telephone list for distribution to staff.
  10. E nsure whereabouts of staff movements in and out of the school.
  11. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  12. Fully understand the details of the group portfolio.
  13. Show personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
