Main Responsibilities
  • Support hoteliers with professional, personalized responses to their queries.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by listening to hoteliers and responding to their needs.
  • Assess queries and escalate to internal teams when necessary, adhering to pre-defined processes and channels.
  • Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our Implementations Team to ensure a smooth transition of client accounts to support.
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch language skills.
  • 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, consistently friendly and responsive in dealing with people.
  • Technical proficiency in working on different systems (training will be provided).
