Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our Excis Compliance team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the French language. They will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients who require technical support in French.

The role involves responding to incoming service desk tickets, emails, and calls promptly and professionally. This includes providing first-line support for hardware, software, and application-related issues, as well as assisting users with account access, password resets, and basic troubleshooting tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
  • Assist users with account access, password resets, and basic troubleshooting tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical issues, including desktop, application, and peripheral device support.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve user problems.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2/3 support teams, providing detailed documentation of troubleshooting efforts.
