Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our Excis Compliance team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the French language.

The role involves providing top-notch customer service to clients who require technical support in French. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, and assisting users with account access, password resets, and basic troubleshooting tasks.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customers receive prompt and professional assistance. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical issues, including desktop, application, and peripheral device support.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve user problems.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system.
