About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager for Deformation Monitoring at Pro Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our innovative solutions to clients across diverse industries. With a strong background in geotechnical fields and a proven track record in sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive knowledge of the geotechnical industry and deformation monitoring solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cooperation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (geotechnical, surveying, or engineering) or equivalent experience
• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in the geotechnical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
