The primary objective of this role is to effectively promote and sell Ctrack's solution stack to new customers within the Fleet and SMB market segments. This involves ensuring monthly sales targets are met at optimal profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Functions- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the portfolio by selling and promoting the Ctrack solution stack to new customers.
- Ensure that the business target is achieved or exceeded by adopting a solutions stack selling methodology and driving it through customer engagements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
- Achieve and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring a first-call resolution culture, conducting thorough needs assessments, and presenting product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers at target companies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and generate reports.
