**Job Summary**

Performit Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to our senior account administrators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide administrative support to senior account administrators, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.

• Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.

**Requirements:**

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.

• Computer literate – basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in English.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to accurately process large volumes of paperwork, including electronic submissions.

• Flexible to adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice.

• Excellent telephonic communication skills.

• Experience in medical administration will be advantageous.
