As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Remuneration and Benefits team, coordinating related functions, and ensuring a high-quality service to the NMU community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in collating and providing information to enable Remuneration and Benefits, contracts management, policy, and business decisions.
  • Assist with analyzing employment contract templates for various appointments to identify possible risks.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and NMU policies.
  • Remuneration Administration: Provide support with remuneration-related tasks, including salary administration, benefits, and other related functions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administer budget provisions for remuneration contingencies.
  • Administer the Post Structure on the ITS system.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, document administration, and responding to routine queries.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Financial qualification would be advantageous.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a relevant field, with appropriate competence gained.
