We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Programme Coordinator to join our team at HR Genie. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering academic programmes to contribute to the growth and sustainability of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Programme Registration and Execution: Facilitate the registration process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of academic programmes.
- Student Orientation and Support: Coordinate student orientation and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth academic experience.
- Faculty Management: Manage and coordinate the activities of full-time and part-time lecturers, moderators, and other academic staff.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Foster effective communication and relationship building between coordinators, lecturers, and moderators to ensure a collaborative academic environment.
- Student Evaluation and Administration: Manage and coordinate the student evaluation process, ensuring accurate and timely feedback.
- Academic Administration: Coordinate and manage academic and student administration processes, including student groups and queries.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A grade 12 certificate with a minimum of three to five years of work-related experience in an academic department in Higher Education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of academic administrative functions, including the Incoko process.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- A valid driver's license.
