Job Title: IT Product Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Coordinator to join our team at PerformIT Personnel. As an IT Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various IT products, development, and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for groups and individuals across multiple IT products and platforms.
  • Create training materials, outlines, process flows, and documentation.
  • Assist with workflows, walkthroughs, Smart Tips, video creation, data analytics, and reporting through a Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Communicate with end-users post-training to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the technical team to broadcast training materials to end-users.
  • Provide status, progress, and results reporting.
  • Use strong communication skills, including excellent active listening skills.
  • On-board new clients and users.
  • Support the commercial team in surveying user experiences and relaying to the IT product leadership team.
  • Keep accurate records and reporting of IT product usage, demos, onboarding, release notes, training sessions, development requests, and interactions with stakeholders using Company tools and systems.
  • Assist in data quality initiatives within the Company.
  • Partner with the IT product development teams to drive system development, adoption, and meeting business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration.
  • Experience in project management principles.
  • Intermediate report writing skills.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in the freight forwarding industry (advantageous).
  • Basic graphic design skills (advantageous).
  • Experience in working with Digital Adoption Platforms (advantageous).
  • Relevant diploma in IT, Business Management, and Administration, Project Management, or Software Development.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and general knowledge of software development.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team, and independently.
