Job Title: Sales Manager

At Palesa Mbali Group, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the construction and mining machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, and maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record of sales experience in the construction or mining machinery industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and influence customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
