About the Role: As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to contribute directly to sales success. Your primary focus will be on analyzing performance, preparing reports, and ensuring the team achieves its targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough sales analysis to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Preparing high-quality presentations, sales dashboards, and reports that capture key performance metrics and business insights.
  • Supporting daily sales operations, handling documentation, communication, and logistical tasks to ensure the team stays organized and efficient.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales, with a solid understanding of sales processes, metrics, and customer insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with sales analysis, reporting tools, and data management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning.
