Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at G.U.D. Holdings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders efficiently, and managing customer communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Order Management
- Process orders from capture to confirmation, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Manage changes and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Keep customers informed about their orders and address any concerns promptly.
- Proactively manage overdue orders and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle returns and credit notes while ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Manage key customer information, including delivery dates and times, backorders, and special requirements.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Customer service-related qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, E1, and Smartscan.
- Familiarity with customer service practices and warehouse/production inventory management processes.
- SAPICS/APICS certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with small project management.
