Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate statistics and real-time reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of call centre experience, with 2 years of management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
