The Store Experience Coordinator will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at Clicks Group Limited. This role involves overseeing operational activities at the point of sale to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • To direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To implement effective management of stock and cash to minimize shrinkage and maintain high standards of general housekeeping and administration.
  • To develop and implement training programs for shop assistants/cashiers to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • To manage staffing levels in accordance with work schedules, company policies, and labor legislation.
  • To respond to customer inquiries promptly in line with Company policies.
  • To promote the Clicks clubcard to achieve participation targets.
  • To enforce security measures, cash controls, returns policies, and other relevant administrative duties to minimize stock losses and maximize security procedures at the point of sale.

Requirements

  • Maths 50% and English 50% at grade 12 level (desirable).
  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role overseeing employees within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
  • Numeracy and stock management experience.
