Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Time Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales portfolios, and building strong relationships with corporate business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the company
  • Manage sales portfolio for the company, including procuring relationships with corporate business clients and managing sales objectives
  • Conduct satisfactory product presentations and compile reports in accordance with departmental requirements
  • Attend sales meetings and ensure all customers or potential customers have company credit approval and an accounted open prior to supplying goods and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of five years' sales experience
  • A good command of the English language - written and spoken, with Afrikaans being advantageous
  • A valid driver's license for a passenger vehicle (code 8) and a willingness to travel as required by the company
  • Fully computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new technical knowledge to achieve sales objectives
  • A clean criminal record and responsibility for company assets, clothing, and equipment in your possession and control
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately R500,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a company car, fuel card, commission, and medical aid.
