Job Purpose:

PMG Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales solutions.
  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Sell telecommunications products and services by achieving set targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Determine key business development KPIs.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess team performance in growing the business through client acquisition and sales.
  • Monitor and improve sales performance by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote a culture of growth through sales across the business.
  • Educate team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma and/or degree in business management/admin or relevant sales qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, independence, and project management skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
