Administrative Coordinator to Senior Management

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an exceptional Executive Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of Specialized Services.
You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing diaries, and handling correspondence. You will also need to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will also possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel when required.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to senior management
- Coordinate appointments and manage diaries
- Handle all correspondence
- Screen telephone calls and take messages
- Minute-taking at meetings and engagements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Administrative/secretarial post-school qualification
- At least 3-5 years' experience as a personal assistant/administrator reporting to senior management
- Advanced Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required
- Clear criminal record and no pending cases
