About the Job

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Posting job advertisements and assisting in the recruitment process.
    • Coordinating new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assisting in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assisting in conducting HR audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Performance Management:
    • Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
    • Providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Training and Development:
    • Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Identifying training needs and recommending appropriate training programs or resources.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Assisting employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Coordinating with benefits providers and ensuring accurate administration of employee benefits.
  • HR Data Management:
    • Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
    • Preparing HR reports and analytics for management review.
