The Labour Consultants Group requires a highly skilled Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

This position involves supporting the procurement team by sourcing suppliers, managing inventories, and performing general administrative tasks while working closely with the PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new suppliers and establishing strong relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Researching and evaluating products and services.
  • Managing inventory levels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Negotiating contracts and creating cost analyses and reports.
  • Supporting financial management activities, including budgeting.
  • Facilitating effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Administrative Support:

  • Providing calendar management support to the PA.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations, including filing, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
  • Supporting travel planning and itinerary preparation.
  • Contributing to event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or procurement (advantageous).
  • Experience with vehicle parts procurement (advantageous).
  • Background in administrative support, specifically working with senior management (advantageous).
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
