We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at The Labour Consultants Group.

About the Role

This position involves providing support to the procurement team, sourcing suppliers, and managing inventories while also performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and onboarding new suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Conducting thorough research and evaluation of products and services.
  • Coordinating and managing inventory levels.
  • Negotiating contracts and creating cost analyses and reports.
  • Supporting budgeting and financial management activities.
  • Establishing effective communication channels with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Providing calendar management support to the PA.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations, including filing, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
  • Supporting travel planning and itinerary preparation.
  • Contributing to event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or procurement (advantageous).
  • Experience with vehicle parts procurement (advantageous).
  • Background in administrative support, specifically working with senior management (advantageous).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
