The Labour Consultants Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join their team.

Job Overview

This role involves supporting procurement processes and assisting with general administrative duties, working closely with the PA to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suppliers and building strong relationships.
  • Maintaining adherence to procurement policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Evaluating products and services through thorough review and comparison.
  • Effective inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Negotiating contracts and preparing cost analyses and reports.
  • Supporting budgeting and financial management tasks.
  • Fostering effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assisting the PA in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Providing support with general office administration, including filing, phone calls, and email management.
  • Organizing documents, maintaining the filing system, and assisting with correspondence.
  • Supporting travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination as required.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Financial or procurement-related qualifications (advantageous).
  • Experience with vehicle parts procurement (advantageous).
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant role, supporting senior management (advantageous).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
