E-Commerce Growth Strategist

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Growth Manager to drive online sales strategy and execute growth initiatives that enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize website performance and user experience through regular audits, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce initiatives and activities to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Craft a clear content strategy with measurable outcomes.
- Manage paid media channels, including search, social, and mobile channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
- Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Experience using Excel and analytics software.
- Experience using email and SMS platforms.
