E-Commerce Growth Strategist

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Growth Manager to drive online sales strategy and execute growth initiatives that enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Website Performance: Conduct regular audits, implement A/B testing, and utilize data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Execute E-Commerce Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce activities to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Craft a Clear Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy with measurable outcomes to engage customers and drive sales.
- Manage Paid Media Channels: Oversee and manage paid media channels, including search, social, and mobile channels, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Develop Comprehensive E-Commerce Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
- Monitor Market Trends: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
- Utilize Industry Best Practices: Leverage industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
- Create and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Analyze Data: Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Monitor Customer Feedback: Respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Performance Reports: Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Experience using Excel and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience using email and SMS platforms.
