About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to drive our Call Centre operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams to meet challenging service level agreements (SLAs) and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of contact centre agents to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of individual performance, track attrition and absenteeism levels, and address any areas of concern promptly.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practice within the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in customer service and contact centre management, preferably with 2-3 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Excellent leadership skills, including charisma, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, motivate people, and prioritize activities effectively.
- Proven success in motivating and leading high-performing teams to meet KPIs and targets.
Salary: R650,000 - R850,000 per annum
