About the Role:

iSON Xperiences is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Leader to oversee our Contact Centre operations in Randburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective team management and process optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to drive high-performing teams that deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading or managing contact centre teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in customer service, contact centre management, and technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
