About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves handling high-volume customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information on products and services. You will be responsible for promoting our client's products, enhancing customer experience, and escalating any queries or complaints to the relevant team.
You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and provide a consistently high-quality service. Your ability to understand customer needs, respond promptly, and maintain accurate records will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate, resolve, and process customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Identify and understand customer needs to deliver a high-quality service
- Effectively promote products and enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Escalate queries, complaints, and operational risks to the relevant team
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
- High stress tolerance and goal-orientated mindset
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
Ranging from $30,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and may vary based on specific circumstances.
