We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impression.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer Telephones: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, taking messages and directing calls as necessary.
- Welcome Clients: Greet visitors warmly and assist them with their queries or requests.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Maintain a Safe and Organized Workspace: Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized, and that all equipment and supplies are available and functional.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of reception experience preferably in a similar industry.
