Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities :

  1. Maintain a safe and clean reception area by adhering to operating procedures.
  2. Provide regular reports to the Team Leader regarding reception operations.

Requirements :

  • A Higher Certificate in Reception (NQF5) or Call Centre;
  • Registered PSIRA grade D/E officer would be an added advantage;
  • Two to three years' experience in a corporate reception environment.
