Key Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, ensure a secure environment, and maintain a well-organized reception area.
  2. Executive Support: Schedule appointments, arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare documents and reports for executives.
  3. Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, handle data entry, maintain filing systems, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
  4. Office Coordination: Monitor office supplies, ensure the office is organized, and perform other related duties.
  5. Communication: Handle incoming emails and correspondence, directing queries as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a corporate advisory firm or similar professional services environment, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
