About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our corporate advisory team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional executive support, manage front desk operations, and assist with various administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Ensure a welcoming reception area, greet visitors, and maintain security protocols.
  • Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare documents and reports.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, handle data entry, maintain filing systems, and monitor office supplies.
  • Office Coordination: Assist with basic accounting (invoicing and expenses), ensure the office is organized, and perform other related duties.
  • Communication: Handle incoming emails and correspondence, directing queries as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries, provide refreshments, and assist visitors or staff with any requests in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a corporate advisory firm or similar professional services environment, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
