Telebest seeks a seasoned Business Development expert to spearhead our growth initiatives in Benoni.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills, enabling them to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive business success.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Diligently gather and evaluate data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
  2. Sales and Marketing Execution: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
    • Design and implement effective lead generation and conversion plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with company goals.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Three or more years in aftersales, customer services, or sales in an OEM engineering and fabrication environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation and deal closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
