    • Drive governance and compliance with HR policies and employment legislation, including chairing the Employment Equity Committee.
    • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Proactively identify and address HR-related risks while fostering a culture of collaboration, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Requirements:
    • Honours degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
    • 10 years + HR generalist experience, including senior HR Business Partner roles.
    • Experience managing a small team.
    • Relevant experience in the education sector or a comparable environment.
    • Professional registration and applied knowledge of employment legislation.
    • Experience working in a non-unionised, services-based organisation.
