In-Office Travel Coordinator

Compensation Package: Our salary + commission structure ranges from R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy exclusive employee travel discounts and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized travel plans that cater to clients' unique interests and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring they return for all their travel needs.
- Manage bookings efficiently, handling reservations for flights, hotels, and activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destination highlights, and industry news to provide the best advice and options to clients.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for travel and a love for exploring new places.
- Have strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude, committed to providing top-notch service and going the extra mile for clients.
- Show attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining accuracy.
- Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
