Job Summary

TalentCru is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining databases, and coordinating events.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with the team to prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate diaries. You will also be responsible for assisting with travel claims, internal and external meetings, and events.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to maintain accurate databases and filing systems, ensuring that all stakeholders' information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings
  • Coordinate diaries internally and externally
  • Assist with travel claims and event planning
  • Maintain accurate databases and filing systems

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
