We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Consultant to join our team in Cape Town.

About the Role:

You will work directly with B2B customers in the FMCG sector, fostering strong relationships, driving new business, and promoting the full range of compostable packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute sales strategies to boost both new and existing client growth.
  • Develop tailored proposals, analyze market insights, and identify key opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets while staying passionate about sustainable, plant-based packaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (minimum of 2 years), ideally within FMCG, catering, or hospitality.
  • Sales Savvy: You know how to grow revenue, nurture client relationships, and are not afraid to dive into new business.
  • Tech-Ready: Proficiency in G Suite, MS Suite, and CRM software.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, results-focused, and driven by deadlines.
  • Extra Edge: A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
